Prayer

I turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of salvation.

Blessed is he whose fault is taken awasy, whose sin is vovered. Blessed the man to whom the Lord imputes not guild,

In whose spirit there is no guile.

Then I acknowldge my sin to you, my guilr I covered not. I said, “I confess my faults to the Lord,”  and you took away the guilt of my sin.

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you just; exult, all you upright of heart.

I turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of salvation.

Gospel Reading
Mark 1:40-45
Jesus cures a person with leprosy, who reports his cure to everyone.

In the Gospel this week, a man who had a very bad skin disease begged Jesus to cure him. The man knew that no one but Jesus could do this; however, he also knew that Jesus could choose whether to do it or not. Let’s listen carefully to what the man and Jesus said to one another.

Project:

Think of someone who has been shut in for most of COVID. Make a card letting them know you are thinking of them. Mail it out to them this week.

Make a craft and leave it at a door of someone you know or don’t to let them know you are praying about them. (Young children please bring an adult when leaving it at someone’s house)
